Anti-Social Behaviour Campaign
Resources for leagues and clubs to help address abusive and anti-social behaviour
AFL Victoria is committed to keeping our game great and we are strong in our stance that any form of abuse across football at all levels is not tolerated. That is why we have partnered with the Victorian Government to take a stance. Any form of abuse is not welcome on our turf.
AFL Victoria has developed a campaign, encouraging spectators to not confuse their anger with passion. We’re all here for the same reason – for the love of Australia’s favourite game. It’s not about quietening spectators, it’s about people not taking their passion too far.
We want supporters, parents and players to make a promise to be the best version of themselves in front of the next generation. To support you – the hardworking volunteers, coaches and umpires – who make our great game come to life every week on local grounds across our great State.
For any clubs and leagues across the state that want to access these materials and help promote the campaign to encourage supporters at community not to confuse their passion with anger, click on the links below.
