Our men’s teams compete in Division 1 of the Victorian Amateur Football Association (VAFA). The playing group is fun, respectful, talented and connected. They are well-positioned to continue their development and be highly competitive in 2020. We are looking for people with the following attributes:

  • Passionate about being a role model, building a positive team culture and developing individual players as footballers and people.
  • Good football knowledge. Coaching experience not essential, but ideal, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Open communication skills and an ability to engage and work cooperatively with the senior coaching group, as well as the broader club community.
  • Available for Saturday matches, as well as training two nights per week, and attend occasional club social functions.

You will be supported by an experienced senior coaching group and off-field staff, as well as the committee, supporter base and 190-plus players across the club. Located at Gordon Barnard Reserve in Balwyn North, the club has great facilities and grounds.
Forward applications or expressions of interest outlining a bit about yourself and why you feel you would make a great coach of our Men’s Reserves team. Feel free to get in touch to chat about the role.

Applications close 30 November 2019.
