Victoria’s most promising 15-and-under boys and girls from Indigenous and multicultural backgrounds will take centre stage this week in the annual state program, the Kickstart v All Nations showcase games.

The program will run across two days at Ford Park, Ivanhoe, with the girls this Wednesday July 3 and the boys on Thursday July 4. The program will focus on player education and development and end with a game where the two teams will play against each other. Both games will be streamed live on the AFL Victoria Facebook page.

Match details are listed below, with the full squads available here.

The All Nations (multicultural) and Kickstart (Indigenous) development program provides emerging players from culturally diverse backgrounds with the opportunity to progress their football and helps to prepare them for trials with Coates Talent League teams in coming years. Players are linked to Next Generation Academy (NGA) programs at AFL clubs.

Former participants in the program in Victoria include AFL stars Jamarra Ugle-Hagan (Western Bulldogs), Buku Khamis (Western Bulldogs), and Changkuoth Jiath (Hawthorn).
