Upcoming awards to recognise outstanding contributions to Community Football

The 2021 AFL Victoria Community Football Awards are set to take place this Thursday the 18th of November at 6:30pm (AEDT), as we recognise the outstanding contribution made to Australian Football across our state and celebrate some amazing achievements that have enabled football to return this year.

After another COVID affected season in 2021, the awards will serve as a reminder of the important role our community members play in the sustainability and growth of grassroots football.

Peter Lazer will host the event and will be joined by several esteemed guest presenters throughout the ceremony to present awards to the winners.

The virtual event will be broadcast on the AFL Victoria Facebook page and will acknowledge community coaches, volunteers, umpires and more across a variety of award categories.

In the lead up to the awards, AFL Victoria will be promoting the event via our digital channels, so stay tuned for all the latest information and to get a sneak preview of the show and the finalists for the awards.
