Victorian football fans of all ages will get the chance to rub shoulders with some of their favourite AFL stars this month, with the return of the AFL Community Camp program.
In its seventeenth year, the much-loved Camps provide an opportunity for football fans- no matter where they live- to access the game, with more than 750 AFL players set to visit regional and rural communities across the country.
Eight AFL Clubs will travel to communities across Victoria, with appearances scheduled in Shepparton, Bannockburn, Kyneton, Whittlesea, Warrnambool, Peninsula, Sale and more.
As part of the Camps, a host of AFL stars will visit local schools, football clubs, nursing homes and hospitals as well as encourage the next generation of football stars to get involved in the game with a number of football themed activities and training sessions.
