Anticipation is brewing across the state, ahead of the 2018 Towards Zero Unity Cup on Sunday April 8.
Celebrating the state’s rich cultural diversity, the Towards Zero Unity Cup program will once again bring together a host of different multicultural communities through the vehicle of Australian football.
In its eleventh year, the 2018 Towards Zero Unity Cup will see over 300 male and female participants aged between 15-22 take part in the program.
As part of the Towards Zero Unity Cup program, participants will complete in two on field training days and a personal development session in the lead up to Towards Zero Unity Cup gala day on April 8.
Held at Carlton North’s Royal Park facilities, the Towards Zero Unity Cup gala day will see teams represent a number of countries from across the globe, including teams from African, Indian, Asian and Middle Eastern communities.
Spectators can enjoy a host of family friendly activities, including a DJ, football inflatables for the kids and four trucks.
